A short note on your details.

SophRose is a small UK studio. This page is a light stub until a fuller policy is needed. It is written in plain English on purpose.

What we collect

If you apply, you send us a name, business name, town, Instagram, WhatsApp number, optional booking link, and a note about what you need. A private brief (if you are given that link) may also include email, a service list, colour notes, a photo-folder URL, domain ideas, and must-have / must-avoid notes. Domain checks query the registry (and, if configured, Cloudflare Registrar) for availability only — we do not show a retail price. That information travels via your email app to [email protected].

What we use it for

To reply, to decide whether a founder spot applies, and to build your website if we work together. We do not sell enquiry lists.

How long we keep it

Enquiries we do not take forward are not kept longer than we need to reply. Client project files are kept for as long as the site is hosted with us, then deleted or archived on request where we reasonably can.

Hosting and cookies

This marketing site is a static site. We do not run an advertising pixel from this page. Your host (Cloudflare Pages, once live) may process connection data as any web host does.
